Yes. Giggys is free for shoppers. Businesses pay for spots, not you.

Up to 3 per week by default. New spots open every Tuesday at noon PT (3 pm ET), and reservations close Friday at 10 pm PT (1 am Saturday ET).

No. Each business rewards you once, so every reward is a new place to try.

Each spot shows its points up front. 100 points = US$1 toward a gift card, and Canadian spots are converted at the daily exchange rate. Points have no cash value.

In the app only. Giggys doesn't send it by email or text, and redemptions can't be reversed once completed.

Just your phone number — no email or password. Verify with a text code and you're in.

We never share your name, phone number, or wallet balance with merchants. Each merchant only sees a non-identifying record of your claim — whether it passed review and why.

Once your post is verified, the points land in your Giggys wallet. Redeem them for a flexible Reward Link, then pick from a wide range of brands like Starbucks and Amazon. Each brand has its own minimum, and availability can change.

Submit a screenshot of your post. Make sure the product is visible, and the business name, logo, or tag shows up in your post (in the photo or the caption) — that's what our AI checks for. If the business has described itself in its profile, what you show should also plausibly fit that description. Filters and edits are totally fine, just no AI-generated images.

You get a few attempts per spot (3 by default) to submit one that passes, so one bad angle isn't game over.
